International Shipping Warning

Our products are produced up ordering. Any order that is shipping within North American can take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Shipping outside of the North American can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to arrive on averageSometimes longer based on your local postal system.

Some countries like Brazil and Argentina have issues with packages being shipped into the country and we can not guarantee delivery. Order at your own risk and refunds will not be issued unless the package is returned to us.

How do you ship your items?

We ship all of our items using Canada Post, USPS or UPS.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.

What's in my order and where is it being sent to? 

A confirmation email with your order confirmation is sent to you shortly after your order is submitted. Please review the information contained in the email as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for shipping to addresses or the fulfillment of orders that have inaccurately information. Check your spam folder if you have not received your order confirmation within 15 minutes of your order. 

How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled? 

In stock items will be fulfilled within 1-2 weeks. Shipping in North America take anywhere from 2-3 weeks to arrive on average If an item is out of stock it generally takes no more than 15 business days to fulfill. 

 Returns/Exchanges

We are confident you will love your Real Estate Life gear, but we know that sometimes things just don't work out! Refunds or exchanges must be made with in 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including custom printed items, items that are not in original packaging or have been used and items that are past the return cut off of 15 days. 

To request a return, please contact our customer service department via email at info@Realestatelife.co with your order number and confirmation of purchase and our team will be happy to assist you. If your return or exchange is approved, a team member will provide instruction on how to return/exchange an item. 

Return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we've received your item and inspected it to ensure original condition, we'll process a refund to the original payment method (or store credit if requested) with in 5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
